Salad Dressing. I am sorry but I absolutely can not abide buying it. It scores worse than cereal in the stupid waste of money department because even I can’t make a frosted flake. But anyone can make a dressing.
My favorites are creamy.
Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
salt
1 teaspoon dry English mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 cup heavy cream
Method
- Dump it all in the Vitamix. Blend.
Uses
- On Lil Gem lettuce with chopped walnuts and chives.
