For some reason, I find myself making a lot of booze. Enough that you’d imagine I am swilling back liquor every night. I drink, but mostly wine and every so often I go on a beer kick.
I struggle with making my own beer and, sadly, hard cider. I suck. But I keep trying and I will keep on trying. It can’t be that hard.
Mostly, I make infused stuff but I plan on getting more involved in this area, which is a hint to people who know me that yes, I plan on unpacking the machine the winter and firing it up. I’ll write to the extent that I am able as I do.
